About Involve
Involve (formerly known as Presence) is a software platform that helps higher education institutions manage and promote student involvement in co-curricular activities. It enables event and organization management, tracks student participation and skill development, and provides analytics to improve engagement and retention. The platform also supports mobile access, personalized student experiences, and data-driven decision-making to enhance student success.
Involve has individual instances that are Unique to each campus.
Trainings
Student Trainings
Students can receive training to utilize Involve through the Registered Student Organization office, the Center for Student Organizations and Leadership. RSO workshops happen throughout the academic year.
Department and Staff Training
For departments and staff that utilize Involve to manage engagement, events, and student involvement data, monthly training sessions are available (on the 2nd Friday of each month at 1:00 pm) and Open Labs (on the 4th Friday of each Month at 1:00 pm).
